French Chocolat Menier Wooden Crate
French Chocolat Menier Wooden Crate: This vintage wooden crate is circa 1940-1950 and was imported in 2014. Menier Chocolat was founded in Paris, France, in 1816. Originally a hardware company, the founder began preparing and selling a variety of medicinal powders. For the first few years, the company's chocolate production was very limited, as its prime usage was as a medicinal powder and for coating bitter-tasting pills. Add some sweetness to your rustic/farmhouse decore while creating some additional storage for those special items...in a kitchen, laundry room, living room, etc. This item could also serve you well in staging at a commercial setting, and don’t hesitate to add a paint or stain color to this crate to give accent to your ideal space.
