This is a lovely . The maker's mark, which is a crown with "Victoria '' above it, all in blue and appears only on the cup, the crown only appears on the saucer. It is Hand Painted. The cup pattern is marked 322 and the saucer L12. The best we can tell. It comes from the early 1900s, Europe. If any of our viewers have any more details of location and year of this pattern, we would greatly appreciate your insight. Please email us.
