Vintage Hacienda Desk W/Chair
Hacienda-Style Desk: This desk provides a great surface workspace with plenty of drawers and cubbies for storage as well as a built-in power strip. Lots of colors make it pop, but many dark shades help it to blend in with nearly any room decor. The ends of the desk are painted black with chalkboard surface for actually writing on in chalk. The origination of this desk was born via a Frankenstein approach of piecing many salvaged parts together. The desk surface was salvaged from a Spanish-style home on the CO Front Range, the glass from a home in the Divide area, the drawers from another home restoration on the Front-Range, and the upper desk cubby section from a circa 1900's roll-top desk from Michigan.
Hacienda-Style Matching Desk Chair: This circa 1930s-40s chair was salvaged from a KS pick. While the chair was solid, it's base had to be completely broken down, with many parts requiring to be remade or replaced altogether. The entire chair was completely dissembled so that it could be stained and painted cleanly to match the desk.
